Twitter users in the UK are arguing about a photo taken in 1943 but there is a man who is said to be… using a mobile phone.
The reason this information is controversial is because it was not until 1973 that the device considered the first mobile phone in the world was born.
The photo was posted on social media by a man named Stuart Humphrys. It is worth mentioning that even the owner of the photo did not notice anything unusual in his photo.
The photo of a strange man said to be using a mobile phone caused controversy in the UK.
However, netizens were able to spot a man wearing a brown suit who was acting like he was using a mobile phone. Besides this man, there were many other people lying in the sun and swimming in the sea.
Many netizens immediately after this discovery argued loudly and commented that this is a special photo. Most believe that the man in the photo is actually using a mobile phone and believe that this is a “time traveler”.
However, the owner of the photo, Stuart Humphrys, did not believe it. He said it is possible that the strange man in his old photo is rolling a cigar rather than using a mobile phone.
In fact, on April 3, 1973, Dr. Martin Cooper of Motorola made the first call from his cell phone. At that time, he was walking in Times Square carrying a device weighing nearly 1 kg, which was the world’s first mobile phone. At that point, realized it was a cell phone.
The device was later recognized as the world’s first mobile phone and was named DynaTAC.
