Lawyer Andrew D. Basiago – who ran for president in 2016 – confirmed that he participated in the Washington government’s space-time travel project when he was 7 years old.
In Hollywood, it’s not hard to find sci-fi movies or TV shows that feature government organizations conducting unethical experiments or top secret missions. Teleportation and time travel are very common motifs in science fiction movies.

What exactly did a 7-year-old do in 5 years on “Project Pegasus”? Basiago said that between 1968 and 1972 – a period when the US was stagnant in the space technology race – he was part of experiments to teleport children through space-time.
In a 2012 interview with the Huffington Post, Basiago explained children were used as “Project Pegasus” subjects to determine the mental and physical impact of time travel on children. He also revealed that children are better adapted to moving forward and backward through time.
As for how teleportation and time travel are possible, Basiago believes the technology was developed by Nikola Tesla before his death in 1943.

This led Basiago to conclude that the technology used for “Project Pegasus” would have dire consequences if the government decided to regularly use it for time travel.
He also believes that what the US government has achieved in this program is not only to bend space-time, but also to create a different reality for the timeline.
In addition to statements regarding DARPA and Project Pegasus, Basiago considers himself a “explorer of life on Mars”. In the 1980s, he said, he himself teleported to Mars as one of Earth’s ambassadors.

According to Basiago, Mr. Obama went by a different name while working on this project. It’s Barry Soetoro. According to the researchers, Mr. Obama actually used the name on college transcripts while attending Occidental College, Los Angeles.
However, Basiago’s stories seem to serve only to serve his goal of running for the White House in 2016. The attempt has failed, but Basiago said he will continue to run for president in 2020.
