The project to build an overpass at the intersection between Hoang Quoc Viet Street – Nguyen Van Huyen Street and complete Nguyen Van Huyen Street according to the planning (Ring 2.5 Road) is being built by the investor, the Investment Project Management Board. The project has a total investment of 560 billion VND, including costs for site clearance, construction and other expenses deducted from the city budget. This is also one of the largest-scale overpass works in the capital with a bridge length of 278m and a width of 16m.
