Suddenly found Hitler's submarine at the seaside

The German submarine U-3523, believed to be the ship that carried the defector general of the Third Reich, has just been found at the bottom of the Skagerrak Strait, Danish channel TV2 reports.

Officers of the Naval War Museum in Jutland discovered the submarine.

According to one theory, the submarine U-3523 was sunk by the British B24 Liberator bomber on May 6, 1945. However, the wreckage of the ship has not been found yet. That is why there is a theory that the U-3523 ship was used by Nazi leaders to escape the country.

According to the museum’s information, the submarine was found at a depth of 123 meters near the place marked by the British Air Force in 1945.

In the words of museum director Gert Norman Andersen, U-3523 is the most modern submarine built by the Germans during World War II. Only two similar submarines have been put into service.

Staff at the Naval Museum have no plans to bring the ship to the surface. Therefore, it is not possible to find out whether there are valuables that Hitler’s generals hypothesized to have carried with him is not possible in the near future.
